You may be experiencing a delayed response when calling our Water Billing Office. We are currently in the midst of our "GoLive" period as we transition this week and next to a new utility billing software called Incode. This new software will allow us to streamline and increase customer service productivity as well as enable us to stay current with today's modern technology. Part of this transition included final billing in our old system to properly generate billing in our new system to compare for accuracy. As a result, the billing for cycle 1 will be pushed out a week, and we will waive all late fees and cutoffs for this cycle.Please bear with us as we make this transition; we appreciate your support and patience as we continually strive to better city services!
