PUBLIC NOTICE PERMANENT STREET CLOSURE OF INDUSTRIAL DRIVE | Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of provisions of City of Henderson, Texas Ordinance Number 16-07-08, recorded in Volume 363, Page140, OPRRC, Industrial Drive will be PERMANENTLY CLOSED to through traffic beginning [APRIL 25, 2023].
The closure begins at U.S. Highway 64 and Extends north through the West Fraser Wood Products property extending north to Austin Avenue. Permanent cul-de-sacs will be built on the north and south side of the West Fraser Wood Products property, to allow the general public the ability to seek alternate routes to points of interest north and south of the West Fraser property.
The alternative routes will be temporarily and permanently signed to notify the public and emergency vehicles of construction detour routes and permanent closure of the roadway.
