The Civic Hall

The Civic Hall is the most popular facility at the Civic Center. In its entirety, the Civic Hall is a 9,000-square-foot facility which can accommodate any event; including gun and knife shows, boat shows, car shows, and many other exhibitions.

The Civic Hall can be divided into two smaller rooms. 

The 2/3 Civic Hall lends itself well to luncheons, medium sized banquets, receptions, family reunions and many more events. 

The 1/3 Civic Hall provides adequate space for large events such as wedding receptions, banquets, and large meetings. 

Board Room

The Board Room is the perfect location for a small business meeting. The room is furnished with a large conference table which accommodates seating for 12. 

The room also features a 55-inch television that has the ability to function as a wireless computer. Other features include: wireless Internet, sound system, Blu-ray / DVD player and counter space to provide refreshments.

Reception Room

The Reception Room is the perfect location for a small birthday party, wedding shower, baby shower, and much more. The room features tables with seating for 24, an oversized couch, standard couch and six wingback chairs. 

The room also provides a glorious view of Lake Forest Park's lake. Other features in the room include: counter space for food service, a baby grand piano, sound system and Samsung 86” Smart TV. 

The Kitchen

The Kitchen at the Civic Center is fully furnished with the latest in commercial kitchen equipment. The kitchen features two convection ovens, two browning ovens, two steam and hold units, a gas stove and oven, warming lamps, heating tables, a commercial dishwasher, walk in cooler and freezer, an ice machine and ample room to prepare any meal.

The Civic Center staff will provide anyone wishing to have a meal catered a list of approved certified caterers. These caterers are provided access to all of our kitchen equipment, as well as dishes, glasses, flatware and other amenities.
