Public Service Crew

JOB TITLE:  PUBLIC SERVICE CREW

General Statement of Duties:  Helps to maintain streets and right-of-ways, assist with utility repairs, assist mechanic, maintain city properties, general construction, install new water and sewer services, repair of water mains; services to water meters, and the meter box and meter themselves. Install or repair valves, valve boxes, fire hydrants, manholes, meter, and meter boxes in a professional manner, for aesthetic purposes as well as location this equipment in the future. All duties will be performed under the supervision of a Public Services Foreman. 

Acceptable Experience and Training:  No experiences required, but prefer experience with equipment operation and maintenance related to the duties.

Required Certificates or License:  Valid Texas Driver’s License, High School Diploma or Equivalent
