    General Contractor | Home Builder, Repair and Remodel, Pool, Fence, Roofing and Commercial Contractors License Fee: $50 per year (January 1 - December 31) 

    Sign Contractor | If performing electrical work must present Electrical Sign Contractor License. License Fee: $50 per year (December 31 - December 30)

    Electrical Contractor | Must present State Electrical Masters license along with Proof of Liability Insurance. 

    Plumbing Contractor | Must present copy of State license along with Proof of Liability Insurance. 

    Mechanical Contractor | Must present copy of State license along with Proof of Liability Insurance. 

    Roofing Contractor | Must present Proof of Liability Insurance with $100,000 minimum.
