Meetings

Regularly scheduled City Council meetings are held the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise scheduled. Meetings are currently held at:

City of Henderson 

Municipal Services Complex

300 W. Main Street, Ground Floor

Henderson, TX 75652

All Citizens are encouraged to attend in-person, or virtually, meetings of Henderson's City Council. Those wishing to speak on items of concern may do so by:

1 | Visiting Council Chambers at [300 West Main Street] on scheduled meeting date, before session begins at 6:00PM.

2 | Completing the Speaker Request Form found on the Council Chambers entry table.

3 | Turning over your completed Speaker Request Form to City Secretary Cheryl Jimerson.

Each speaker is given 3 minutes to address City Council. If accommodations are needed due to language or mobility barriers, please provide advance notice by contacting City Hall at (903) 657-6551.
