Start prepping your roux for our gumbo cookoff, dance your blues away with 'Swampland Revival Zydeco Band', enjoy fun activities like a cakewalk and cornhole games. Adult beverages will be served in the Mardi Gras Beer & Wine Garden, please drink responsibly.

Applications must be received along with a $50 entrance fee.
To submit your application, please drop off or mail to Henderson Civic Center, Attn: Stephanie Kimbrell, 1500 Lake Forest Parkway, Henderson TX 75652; you may also email the application to skimbrell@hendersontx.us; however the $50 fee must also be received for the application to be considered complete.
